Our click and collect service makes it easier to make an order on to the go and collect your items at a time that is more convenient.

How do I place a click & collect order?

Simply select the click & collect option at the checkout.

When will my order be ready to collect?

We will send you a notification by email once your order is ready for collection. You have up to 14 days to pick up your click and collect items. If you do not collect within the 14 days, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

Please provide your order confirmation number along with a valid proof of ID and the card used as the mode of payment.
